Who we are
Quernos ("we") provides a query brokering platform for cloud analytics engines. This policy covers this website, quernos.com. Data processed through the Quernos product itself is governed by the agreements we sign with each customer, which are stricter than this page.
What we collect on this site
- What you send us. If you email us (savings report, design partner, investor requests), we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to respond and keep it as business correspondence.
- Standard web logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon CloudFront/S3) records standard access logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested — used for security and operations, retained on a rolling window.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, no trackers, and loads nothing from third-party domains.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
- We do not enrich, profile, or match your data with third-party sources.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services; email is provided by our workspace provider. Both act as processors under their standard terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Email founders@quernos.com and we'll handle it — we're small enough that a human reads every message.
